2026 Commencement Buffets

For both students and their families, the 2026 commencement isn’t just a milestone—it’s a celebration of hard work, perseverance, and shared memories. As you honor this special achievement together, The Mark invites you to gather around the table and enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of American cuisine with a Southern twist.

From Thursday, May 21, 2026, through Saturday, May 23, 2026, indulge in a buffet-style brunch and dinner, designed to bring loved ones together during this exciting time. Whether it’s a morning toast to new beginnings, a mid-day meal filled with laughter, or a heartfelt dinner reflecting on the journey, The Mark provides the perfect setting to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

Commencement Hours of Operation

Thursday, May 21st: Breakfast and Lunch served in The Mark, operating under normal hours of operation and from the Ala Carte menu. Breakfast will be served 7:00am-11:00am, Lunch 11:00-2:00pm and Lounge will be open 2:00pm -10:00pm serving only a limited lounge menu. Dinner will be served as a buffet utilizing the three ballrooms from 5:00 – 9:00 pm. The lounge, terrace, and outdoor patio seating will be available only for drinks and limited lounge menu.

Friday, May 22nd: A limited “Grab & Go” Breakfast will be served in The Mark, operating from 7:00am-9:00am. The lounge will offer a limited lounge menu from 11:00am – 9:00pm with seating in the lounge, terrace and outdoor patio seating. Brunch (9:00 am – 2:00pm) and dinner (5:00pm – 9:00pm) will be served as a buffet utilizing the three ballrooms.

Saturday, May 23rd: Brunch will be served as a buffet from 7:00am – 2:00pm. Dinner will transfer back to Ala Carte Menu in the Mark from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. The lounge will offer a limited lounge menu from 2:00 pm – 5:00pm, and 10:00 – 11:00 pm with seating in the lounge, terrace and outdoor patio seating.

Following the conclusion of dinner on Saturday, we will resume normal operating hours on Sunday morning with Brunch in The Mark from 7:00am – 2:00pm and dinner 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
