The Mark at Elon is the official caterer of The Inn at Elon, which offers flexible indoor and outdoor event space to accommodate up to 440 guests. Our culinary team will work with you to customize the perfect menu for weddings, corporate receptions and social gatherings.
Meet The Chef
Grounded by a passion for fresh local ingredients, Chef Jeff Miller brings an exceptional dining experience to Elon. Miller was raised in Dalton, Georgia, where his love of cooking was inspired by days spent in the kitchen with his mother, Joyce. He studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC.
Chef Miller rose through the ranks as Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, and Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning restaurants at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. He then took the helm as the Executive Chef of The Lied Lodge and Conference Center at Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City, NE.
Now, as The Inn at Elon's Executive Chef, Miller brings sustainable ingredients to The Mark whenever possible. He looks forward to building upon relationships with local farmers and craftsmen to deliver a farm-to-table experience at Elon.
